Wittenberg gym is small but comprehensive. Lorna is not just your normal personal trainer, but also a biomechanics coach. This means she is developing your training program based on a biomechanics intake. Lorna will gather movement information about your body that other personal trainers simply don’t have. Based on this, she creates a program that will improve your movement, so that you can train more efficiently and safely. In short, she optimizes your function and then builds strength to reach your goals and maintain lasting results.
Boot Camp
Lorna has been running her boot camp in Amsterdam for over 10 years. With her early morning session, she will get your energy levels up before you head to work to help you have a better and more productive day. By working on improving fitness, you will be put through your paces with strength training as well as cardio exercises. Where necessary, she can adapt exercises for all levels.
